Who I Am & What I Do

I’ve always believed that growth comes from clarity, systems, and execution. But my path to building automation and operations systems didn’t begin with technology — it began with people, data, and the challenge of scaling under pressure.

My early career was in Marketing, where I learned how to capture attention and turn it into results. At ExtraMile Careers, I executed Digital Campaigns that drove walk-ins and successfully converted them into program enrollments. That was my first taste of building systems that moved the needle.

Soon after, I joined BYJU’S. In Business Development, I generated over ₹6 lakhs in my very first month and consistently hit 150% of sales targets, even during the pandemic when I still drove ₹3 lakhs in revenue. That period taught me resilience, persuasion, and how strong processes can keep revenue flowing even in chaos.

I then moved into Transformation and Strategic Operations at BYJU’S, where the scale was massive:

Managed data and allocation for 300 analysts across 8 projects, sustaining 99.5% quality.

Led a specialized team responsible for nationwide salesforce data collection and internal audits.

Calculated weekly incentives using a complex framework, and shared the results with stakeholders and HR — ensuring transparency, accuracy, and motivation across thousands of sales reps.

Collaborated with Stakeholders and Managers to improve efficiency, streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks.

Later, as an Online Business Manager at Wishup, I was vetted in the top 1%, trained rigorously, and worked with global clients on Media Relations, outreach, and operations. I partnered with professionals, VCs, Lawyers, Accountants, and PR firms in the USA, helping them streamline operations and scale with efficiency. That experience reinforced what I already knew: when systems work, growth follows.

Throughout, I’ve built a versatile toolkit:

Technical skills in Google Sheets, MS Excel, Salesforce, Meta Ad Manager, and data analysis.

Business skills spanning strategy, BI, digital marketing, product marketing, and CRM.

Certifications in E-commerce, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, CAPM®, CompTIA Linux+, Technology Consulting, Strategy Consulting, and more.

But my growth has also come from experiences outside the office. I was part of the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange Program in the U.S., trained with the National Cadet Corps (1 Kerala Air Squadron), and joined international programs in Russia. Workshops on Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning shaped how I think about leadership, technology, and the future of work.
